Keegan was born in pastoral Wisconsin, was raised in suburban Boston, and attended Middlebury College in bucolic Vermont.

His spot “Babysitter” is featured in Shoot Magazine’s 2012 New Directors Showcase. He also directed an award-winning commercial for Zippo that was featured in Shoot Magazine in 2011, and a short film that played at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival as part of Canon’s The Story Beyond the Still.

Keegan has been editing film and video for 15 years. His past directing work includes short films, web content, TV and commercials. Current projects include a short film (in post), a 10 episode comedy web series (seeking distribution) as well as writing a feature film (to direct) and a comedy TV pilot.

His deep editorial background as well as ten years of photography and a twenty years of playing classical music inform his work, his style, his vision and his rhythm.
